Prior to Altview Capital, Frank has worked in the areas such as Venture Capital, Corporate Finance and Investment Banking for more than ten years. He has completed a wide range of deals with an accumulated transaction amount of more than US$3 billion.
Frank has many years of strategic investment and M&A experience during his work at Alibaba and Renren. He was responsible for the investment and acquisition in the Telecommunication, Media and Technology (TMT) industry during his tenure in the aforementioned companies. He has participated and led a number of transactions, some of which include Alibaba’s acquisition of UC Web, China Vision Media Group (later known as Alibaba Pictures) and Renren’s acquisition of 56.com.
As an early-stage investor and financial adviser, Frank worked at GIT Capital, a Singapore-based, China focused US dollar fund. At GIT Capital, he had led a number of investments and an exit. He was also a founding member of the Hina Group’s office in Singapore and was in charge of the investment banking business.
Frank possesses an in-dept understanding and is well versed in the enterprise services sector. He was in fact one of the earliest employees of the Venture Capital Business Development team of Amazon’s cloud computing business (AWS).
Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and he is a CFA charter holder.

Yadi is a well-known professional investor based in Singapore. He began his financial career in the early 1990s where he worked at Wako Securities Tokyo and Nomura Singapore for years. He headed the Equity and Fixed Income team at Nomura and led the team to achieve the “Most Profitable Foreign Subsidiary” award in Year 2000. Inspired by the booming primary market and along with his entrepreneurial zeal, he went on to manage two funds which focuses in China and Japan market at GIT Capital.
Yadi is also an active venture investor in the Southeast Asian market. Among his portfolios, Oceanus Group and Tamagawa Holdings were listed in Singapore and Japan respectively. He is a substantial shareholder of these two companies.
Yadi is proficient in Mandarin, English, Japanese and Bahasa Indonesia. His rich investment experience as well as language proficiency allows him to transverse across the vast investment markets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Shinshu University, Japan.
